My Mercedes Vito van gearbox started to seize up on me just a little while ago. I knew I needed a fast and professional assessment to sort the problem. ( I did not need armchair quotes, or hunches, suggesting thousands of dollars while removing the gearbox just to assess the problem - and this seems to be the norm). So driving up from the Mornington Peninsula I placed my faith in Kevin and his team to get to the bottom of the problem, without having to re-mortgage the house. Result? They got me in straight away, did an in-field test and accurate diagnosis on the spot, and got to work straight away. The van and gearbox ready the next day, the problem sorted at a cost much less than I anticipated. I have not mentioned the friendly service, and lifts to and from the factory. If all businesses could be this good! Tony J
